Capcom is riding high this year with multiple back-to-back hit releases and is readying to reveal more at Gamescom 2026. Not resting on its laurels after the successful releases of Resident Evil Requiem (including the recent announcement of Resident Evil Veronica) and Pragmatta, Capcom has announced (via Games Press) its lineup of titles to be shown at Gamescom 2026, which will also include some new playable demos. Fans of the Dragon’s Dogma franchise will get their chance to play Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen.
“Having recently announced Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen and the release date of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, the publisher confirms the world-first public hands-on of Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen as well as other opportunities coming to the show in Cologne on August 26th.”

The fun doesn’t stop there as Capcom will also offer players the opportunity to play Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Mega Man: Dual Override, and Street Fighter 6. Capcom has also said it will include various eSports activities and live-streaming events for attendees.
“Capcom will also bring other exciting opportunities for attendees and a number of live streamed programs broadcast across the duration of the show directly from Cologne to the rest of the world.”
