Sony has introduced free game trials for PlayStation 5, allowing owners of its next-gen console to check out select titles before spending their hard-earned cash. Death Stranding: Director’s Cut and Sackboy: A Big Adventure are available to try for free until October 28. The former can reportedly be played for six hours, while the latter can be played for five hours.
Death Stranding: Director’s Cut
Experience an extended storyline through new missions in an expanded area. Make use of additional weapons and vehicles, take on new enemy types and explore new locations such as the Firing Range and Racetrack, featuring extra missions and minigames.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure
Iconic PlayStation hero Sackboy bursts back into breathtaking action with a huge, fun and frantic 3D multiplayer platforming adventure – and a whole new edgy sackitude! […] The dastardly Vex (a near-mythical being born of chaos and fear, no less) kidnaps Sackboy’s friends and forces them to build his Topsy Turver. This most deadly diabolical device will transform Craftworld from a fantastical land of pure imagination and innocent dreams… into a torrid, barren eyesore of nightmares. Ooh the fiend!
Those who enjoy Sackboy: A Big Adventure can get the game on sale for $34.79 ($31.79 for PS Plus members) as part of Sony’s Blockbuster Games promotion, which ends on October 15. The sale also includes some notable hits such as Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part II ($25.99) and Returnal ($49.69).
Sony is starting a thing called Game Trials, allowing you to play certain games for a limited time period. Good idea, all little like Ea Play 10 play I guess.
