There may be a new RTX Ti GPU coming. According to kimi7kop (who admits his sources aren’t necessarily reliable), NVIDIA will be releasing an RTX 2070 Ti with 2560 CUDA cores. The memory speed and configuration mirrors that of the regular RTX 2070 (14 Gbps, 8 GB GDDR6), but memory bandwidth has been increased to 1770 MHz.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Ti is said to feature 2560 CUDA Cores which is a slight bump over the 2304 CUDA Cores on the RTX 2070 and much close to the RTX 2080 with its 2944 CUDA Cores. The GeForce RTX 2070 Ti is also said to retain 14 Gbps, 8 GB GDDR6 VRAM and a boost clock of 1770 MHz. The GeForce RTX 2070 has a boost clock of 1620 MHz on the non-Founders Edition and a 1710 MHz boost clock on the Founders Edition. The boost clock and the higher cores should deliver a 10 to 15 percent increase in performance over the RTX 2070.
It isn’t clear whether this release is part of NVIDIA’s “Super” announcement. The assumption is that “Super” involves refreshed RTX cards with faster memory (16 Gbps GDDR6), but this leak doesn’t mesh with that. There’s also a rumor that current RTX cards will get $100 cheaper when the new ones are released. We’ll see.
