During a recent financial briefing, AMD released new slides reminding investors and enthusiasts the best was yet to come. A “Compute Architecture Roadmap” confirms that Zen 3 (7 nm+) is complete, and Zen 4 is in design and on track for release before 2022.

A “Radeon Graphics Architecture Roadmap” also confirms that the successor to RDNA (7 nm+) is in design and scheduled for debut before 2021. Both RDNA and Zen 2 (7 nm) have, obviously, already shipped.

A similar roadmap was shown for the Radeon branch from 2017 to 2021, but not 2022. The 7 nanometer rdna designs are now being shipped, and a new RDNA2 design based on a 7nm+ process would be in its design phase. All this is on schedule and in line with the Xbox Scarlett that will use the new architecture, this console would appear in 2020.
