Following the horrific reception to this year’s edition of the professional wrestling title, Sony has opted to offer refunds to many players unfortunate enough to have spent money on the PlayStation 4 version of WWE 2K20. Its launch has been described as “disastrous” due to numerous graphical glitches, many of which are, at least, humorous. These include eyeballs floating out of characters’ heads, melting skin, and other instances of inadvertent gore.

“We are listening closely to the feedback that’s been shared regarding WWE 2K20 and are aware of the concerns some players are reporting,” 2K said via a statement on Friday. “We’re working hard to investigate these concerns and address them as necessary. We expect to have an initial patch ready in the next two weeks, with others to follow. Stay tuned WWEGames social media channels for more information.”
