Razer Announces Huntsman V2 Analog Keyboard, Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma, and Laptop Stand Chroma V2

Razer announced two all-new products this week, the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog Keyboard and Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma. The first is a feature-packed keyboard that leverages Razer’s new cutting-edge Analog Optical Switches, which harness the speed of light for key actuations, while the latter represents the company’s first external dock for users seeking to expand their connectivity options. Razer has also updated its previous Laptop Stand Chroma with a V2 model that offers various USB-C and USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports.

“With the introduction of analog input, true full-range directional motion is finally available on PC gaming without a controller,” Razer explained in a press release. “Gamers can now also unlock a whole new dimension of gaming with the ability to fully adjust and program each keystroke down to the millimeter. […] “This finesse removes the limitations of an 8-way WASD movement and allows for a true 360-degree of motion that benefits games optimized for controller support like third-person games, multi-platform shooters, racing games, as well as vehicle simulators.”

Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma

“The all-new Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma has been designed to expand desktop connectivity and empower users to do more – whether on a Windows or Mac laptop or desktop,” Razer wrote in a press release. It features the latest standards in connectivity, including a UHS-II SD card reader to quickly transfer files from a camera, an Ethernet port for fast and stable internet connectivity, three USB Type-A ports for connecting legacy devices, and four USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 ports for connecting everything else.”

Razer’s Huntsman V2 Analog Keyboard is now available on Razer.com and expected to hit other retailers starting on February 9, 2021 for $249.99. Razer hasn’t shared release dates for the Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma and Laptop Stand Chroma V2, but they’ll be sold for $329.99 and $149.99, respectively.
