Various SKUs have been published as part of a filing on the official EEC site, which support ongoing rumors of the Radeon RX 6700 XT and Radeon RX 6700 leveraging 12 GB and 6 GB of memory, respectively. PowerColor has submitted nine Radeon RX 6700 XT models and two Radeon RX 6700 models.

Based on the midrange Navi 22 GPU, AMD’s Radeon RX 6700 XT is said to feature 40 Compute Units (2,560 Stream Processors), 12 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 192-bit memory interface, and a TGP of 186 to 211 watts. The CU count of the Radeon RX 6700 is unknown, but its TGP will reportedly fall in the 146- to 156-watt range.
