Square Enix has announced a new Final Fantasy game called Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin. Developed in collaboration with Ninja Gaiden and Nioh studio Team NINJA, Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin centers around a group of allies who must explore the dark fantasy world of the Chaos Shrine and battle an array of iconic monsters from the Final Fantasy franchise with powerful spells and abilities from a sample of classic jobs such as warrior, dragoon and black mage. Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin will be released for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC in 2022. A trial version of the action RPG is available for free on PS5 beginning now through June 24th, 2021 7:59 p.m. (PDT) / 3:59 p.m. (BST).
