Direct Storage

There is now next Gen Direct Storage API support.  Direct Storage a new technology that can allow new games to load assets faster by loading assets to the graphics card without bogging down the CPU.  It was first introduced on the XBOX-Series X and S.  It maximizes throughput and CPU performance.  You can experience more detailed game worlds at lightning speeds without long load times.  Direct Storage Windows 11 PCs are configured with hardware and software to enable this feature.

XBOX Games Pass built right into Windows 11 through the XBOX App.  For a low monthly price, you have access to a library of hundreds of games.  It includes PC games from XBOX game studios, and Bethesda, all of EA Play, and a great selection of third-party titles from developers.  XBOX cloud is integrated.  With Cross-Play and Cross-Save you can play across different devices.  For games you want to keep, you can purchase from the app directly.

Android Apps

Android apps are coming to Windows.  They are coming to the start menu; they can be integrated into the task bar.  They are discoverable through the Microsoft Store using the Amazon App store.  They use Intel Bridge technology to bring them to life.
