Sony has released a new firmware update for its next-gen PlayStation 5 consoles. Weighing in at around 900 MB, version 21.01-03.21.00’s only bullet point is that it should improve system performance. Sony’s patch notes do not elaborate on how the performance gains were achieved, to what degree they’ve been improved, or what the PlayStation team changed to boost the console’s performance. Previously, the PS5 received a similar performance bump courtesy of its 21.01-03.10.00 system update.

But what about system stability? Has it been improved? :ROFLMAO:
Gonna get great performance once I get my hands on one which still may be around of the time the PS6 launches given how much consoles get dropped to my neck of the woods.
ie: one store has PS5 consoles delivered which were preodered until mid december last year and series X mid september
I wouldn’t mind getting one if they’re ever available.
