Bethesda Confirms Price of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition

Bethesda has published a new FAQ for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition that reveals the game’s pricing. The latest re-release will be available for $49.99 on digital storefronts at launch, while the Anniversary upgrade for Skyrim Special Edition owners will cost $19.99. November 11 will mark 10 years since the initial release of the game.

From Bethesda:

  • The MSRP for the Skyrim Anniversary Edition on digital storefronts will be USD $49.99/EUR €54.99/GBP £47.99/AUD $79.95/RUB 3399 at launch.
  • If you already own Skyrim Special Edition, the MSRP for the Anniversary Upgrade on digital storefronts will be USD $19.99/EUR €19.99/GBP £15.99/AUD $29.95/RUB 1429 at launch.

Bethesda’s FAQ goes on to confirm that physical versions of the Anniversary Edition will be available for PS4 and Xbox One. Owners of Skyrim Special Edition or the Anniversary Edition on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will also receive a next-generation upgrade for the game at no cost.
