Data hoarders who are seeking another massive HDD to quench their thirst for backing up or storing data might want to take a gander at Western Digital’s official store, as 20 TB versions of its Red Pro NAS hard drives are now available to order for $499.99 each. While they won’t be available for at least one or two weeks, buyers can expect a beefy drive that features 512 MB of cache, as well as OptiNAND technology, WD’s flash-enhanced architecture that enables greater metadata storage and higher-capacity drives. This is a 7200 RPM CMR HDD.
