MSI has announced two new curved monitors in its MPG ARTYMIS lineup called the 273CQR-QD and 273CQRX-QD. Those of you who are seeking greater contrast ratios will probably want to look elsewhere, as both use IPS rather than OLED panels, but they do have their fair share of marketable features that include QD Premium Color, something that MSI is claiming to be the “highest standard for gaming display color.” MSI also says that both monitors are pre-calibrated and come with pre-loaded color profiles for the usual color spaces (e.g., sRGB, DCI-P3, and Adobe RGB), but traditions would dictate that display enthusiasts will still need that colorimeter handy.
