Farming Simulator 22 is the second game to get support for the newest iteration of AMD’s cutting-edge upscaling technology for boosting framerates and delivering what the company claims is near-native resolution with high-quality detail, FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0. The technology launched two weeks ago as part a new update released for Arkane Studios’ time-bending shooter, Deathloop, but now, fans of Giants Software’s farming simulator can also leverage the technology for improved performance at higher resolutions and graphics settings while harvesting crops, tending to animals, and managing productions. Farming Simulator 22’s FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 support comes courtesy of the game’s new patch (1.5), which also includes a series of changes and improvements that include an upscaling sharpness slider for DLSS, FSR 1.0, and FSR 2.0.

  1. I suppose it should be expected for a generation that grew up with Farmville on Facebook. Farming simulation games seem like a logical extension of that (so to speak).
