MSI has announced six new laptops that are equipped with Intel’s new desktop-caliber 12th Gen Core HX mobile processors. Chief among them are the Titan GT77 and Raider GE67 HX, premium gaming laptops that can be configured with up to a Core i9-12900HX processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti laptop GPU. The Raider GE67 HX is particularly noteworthy on the display front, as it is one of the first laptops to leverage Samsung Display’s new 15.6-inch QHD OLED panel capable of refresh rates of up to 240 Hz, the fastest of its kind on the market. This is presumably the same display that Razer has advertised for its upcoming Blade 15 revision releasing later this year. MSI will share more information regarding its new Titan, Raider, Vector, and CreatorPro laptops during its MSIology: Ahead of the Curve event on June 7, 2022.

“The World 1st mass-produced QHD 240Hz OLED by Samsung Display will provide the best gaming experience with rich color expressions, true black, and exceptional seamless motion speed,” said Bobby Su, GM & Vice President of Samsung Taiwan. “In addition, OLED promises eye protection with flicker-free and less blue light. Leveraging extraordinary performances including eye-friendly characteristics, Samsung OLED is expected to be the new standard of a gaming laptop display.”
