RedGamingTech has shared what he claims to be the latest specifications for the PlayStation 5 Pro, a new version of Sony’s current-generation console that is expected to usher in accelerated ray tracing and other performance improvements at a higher price point. According to RedGamingTech’s sources, the console will feature a new custom CPU from AMD that features the same architecture and core count as the current model, but with faster clock speeds in the “low 4 GHz” range. The PS5 Pro is also said to feature an RDNA 3 GPU that features 60 compute units, as opposed to an RDNA 2 GPU with 36 compute units.
