Flat or curved? For TCL, it’s neither, as the Chinese manufacturer has teased a new monitor during DTC 2023 that features a dome-shaped panel, enabling what the company seems to think is a more immersive experience.
IT Home, which reported on the display last week, has shared some of the display’s marketing materials, confirming some of the specs for what TCL has described as “the world’s first 31-inch dome display”:
This is a 31-inch dome-shaped printed OLED gaming display with 4K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and wide 3D spatial viewing angle.
And here are some of the other display technologies that TCL showed off during the event:

IT Home didn’t seem to have any pricing information to share, but it did note that TCL also recently demonstrated “a 14-inch 2.8K printed OLED panel, the world’s first 65-inch 8K printed OLED curved display, the world’s first 150-inch MLCD zero-stitch commercial display screen, and Star Racing 3D head display.”
