Fallout Shelter has received an update inspired by Prime Video’s Fallout series, and with it comes official stats from Bethesda Game Studios that confirm how SPECIAL some of show’s leading characters are, including Lucy MacLean, Maximus, and The Ghoul, the necrotic post-human played by veteran actor Walton Goggins. SPECIAL, an acronym for the statistics system that drives player characters in the Fallout universe, was first introduced in the original game, which Interplay Productions released in October 1997.
