The Boys Reveals Season 4 Trailer and First Look at Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1

Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios have shared an official trailer for the season four of The Boys, their Emmy-winning hit drama series that follows a group of vigilantes battling “superheroes” who abuse their powers, as originally told in the comic book of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. Homelander (Antony Starr), one of The Boy’s star characters, is also coming to Mortal Kombat 1 soon, according to a new first-look trailer from NetherRealm Studios that shows off his laser beams and other powers.

The Boys S4 info:

  • Premieres Thursday, June 13 with three episodes
  • Eight-episode season, new episode each week
  • Epic season finale on Thursday, July 18
  • Streaming exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide

A synopsis of the new season:

In Season Four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.
