A description for Spider-Man Noir’s first issue:

The First Appearance of Spider-Man Noir! The year is 1933, and New York City is run by corrupt politicians, crooked cops, and suave gangland bosses like the Goblin. But when a fateful spider-bite gives the young rabble-rouser Peter Parker the power to fight back, will even that be enough?
