The Ryzen 7 5800X3D and Ryzen 5 5600X3D, two desktop CPUs from the Zen 3 generation that leverage 3D V-Cache for improved gaming performance, are reportedly no longer available through the usual retail channels. News of the 5800X3D’s cancellation comes by way of an article from ComputerBase, which includes a look at the performance of an alternative (i.e., the Ryzen 7 5700X3D), while the 5600X3D is listed as being “no longer available” from its exclusive retailer, Micro Center. Cancellation of these older 3D V-Cache CPUs come as the Ryzen 7 7800X3D continues to trend upward in price, per price charts that have been shared online.
The price of the eight-core Ryzen 7 7800X3D had already risen in mid-September, and according to the PCGH price comparison, the price has now risen by an average of 30 euros, making the price a good 100 euros higher than it was in June, for example. Prices currently start at around 440 euros including shipping.

Well that would explain the lack of 5800X3D's being available to purchase.
I'm going to assume that the split Zen 3 SKUs are likely dwindling stocks all around. Who knows about the APUs of course.
5700X3D's are still in abundance. And it's not far off in performance from the 5800X3D. Definitely a lot cheaper as well.

Yeah, I believe it comes within 5-10% of the 5800X3D. And it's recently been seen as low as $180. Definitely a fantastic upgrade for any existing AM4 system that is not yet on Zen 3.
