PNY was seen at Computex showing off an RTX 5090 graphics card outfitted with the LYNK+ interconnect system, paired with a liquid-cooling AIO solution. As reported by VideoCardz, this is not the first time PNY has demoed a GPU using LYNK parts, but it is the first time a complete product has been on display. While it has become more common in recent years for graphics card manufacturers to include an AIO solution with the GPU, it is exceedingly rare to see a product that supports an interconnect system such as LYNK+, which allows different radiators to be used. LYNK+ has published its own press release regarding the new product collaboration with PNY.

“LYNK+ today announced its collaboration with PNY Technologies, bringing LYNK+ modular liquid cooling technology to upcoming PNY liquid-cooled graphics cards designed for next-generation gaming performance.”

As a child of the 70’s I was part of the many who became enthralled by the video arcade invasion of the 1980’s. Saving money from various odd jobs I purchased my first computer from a friend of my dad, a used Atari 400, around 1982. Eventually it would end up being a lifelong passion of upgrading and modifying equipment that, of course, led into a career in IT support.
