Intel has announced that it is committed to making sure that all customers who have (or are currently) experiencing instability issues on their 13th and/or 14th Gen desktop processors are getting the support that they deserve, and with it comes the news that the company will be extending the warranty of these CPUs from date of purchase, up to a maximum of five years. The news comes a few days after Intel announced that it would be sharing more details on two-year extended warranty support for its boxed Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen desktop processors, noting that it stands behind these products.
How to initiate the return and exchange process:
- “Boxed Processors – please contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance.”
- “Tray Processors – please contact your place of purchase for further assistance.”
- “OEM/System Integrator Intel Core 13th/14th Gen-powered desktop system – please contact your system manufacturer for further assistance.”
