ASUS has taken notice of the Intel’s new mini powerhouse PC’s and has released two models of the NVIDIA RTX 2070 for them. These cards are designed with the new NUC 9 Extreme and Pro Kits in mind but can also be used in small form factor builds. The two variants are the O8G(overclocked) and 8G(standard). The “Dual” in the name represents that this is a dual slot/dual fan card and not a dual GPU.

As a child of the 70’s I was part of the many who became enthralled by the video arcade invasion of the 1980’s. Saving money from various odd jobs I purchased my first computer from a friend of my dad, a used Atari 400, around 1982. Eventually it would end up being a lifelong passion of upgrading and modifying equipment that, of course, led into a career in IT support.
