MS Flight Sim 2020 and Assassins Creed Valhalla
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020
In Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 we are running at 1080p with “Ultra” settings. It’s true, the new Intel Core i5-11600K does wonders for Flight Sim 2020 performance. It’s 8% faster than the Ryzen 5 5600X and 14% faster than the last generation. This really makes a difference in Flight Sim.
At 4K though, the difference is less pronounced. The game is more GPU bound.
Assassins Creed Valhalla
In Assassins Creed Valhalla the new Intel Core i5-11600K falls behind for some reason. Performance is still fast and playable, but it does fall behind even the i5-10600K.
The same is also true at 4K, for whatever reason the newer i5-11600K is slightly slower in this game.
