The Ryzen 9 7950X, AMD’s flagship Zen 4 desktop processor, will be available for $554 at Newegg beginning next week as part of the retailer’s Black Friday promotions, which begin on November 21 and run until November 26.

Shoppers will need to use promo code BFFDAY246 to save an additional $20 off to achieve the full discount, according to a landing page for Newegg’s Black Friday promotions that highlights a number of other deals, including an Xbox Series S for $249 and 65-inch LG OLED TV for $1,296.99.

Others include a GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3070 Vision OC graphics card for $529.99, a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12600K processor for $249.99, an ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Hero (Wi-Fi 6E) gaming motherboard for $549.99, a 2 TB Samsung 980 PRO M.2 2280 SSD for $179.99, and a Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR-6000 kit for $224.99.

Released in September, the Ryzen 9 7950X is a 16C/32T processor with a 5.6/4.5 GHz boost/base frequency that AMD says enables single-core performance improvement of up to +29%, up to 45% more compute for content creators in POV Ray, up to 15% faster gaming performance in select titles, and up to 27% better performance-per-watt.

AMD’s other Ryzen 7000 Series options include the Ryzen 9 7900X and Ryzen 5 7600X (click through for our reviews), which will also be on sale during Newegg’s Black Friday event alongside the Ryzen 7700X, Ryzen 9 5950X, and Ryzen 7 5700X.
