Test Setup

We will use our second generation AIO test rig which we will publish further details on in the coming weeks. It is based on the Intel i9 13900K CPU running on an ASUS Z690-based motherboard. We will set up each cooler in the same manner with the radiator attached to the case and the fans blowing into the radiator. The water blocks will be mounted per the manufacturer’s instructions except that we will use Arctic Cooling MX-4 thermal paste. We will utilize ASUS FanXpert to control fan speeds, setting the fans at a fixed RPM for each test. We will also compare it to the other coolers we have tested thus far.

Installation

Installation of the Enermax LIQMAXFLO 360mm was a straight straightforward event and had us up and running fairly quickly.  Enermax provides no shortage of additional parts and cables to get you up and running regardless of your situation.

SUMMARY

The Enermax LIQMAXFLO 360 is targeted squarely at the value enthusiast market bringing RGB features and thermal performance that punches above its price tag. While it's a bit noisier than we'd like it to be due to our test methodology, it should be fine in your rig with properly set fan curves. The Enermax LIQMAXFLO 360 should be on your shortlist to be your AIO CPU cooler if you're on a budget.

They've put together an interesting collection of parts to compete with the higher price points. I'll be interested in how the 420mm version does once it makes its way here. Thanks for the great review!

I know early on they had clogging issues with their AIO's, but they seemed to have turned things around now.

I'm thinking of replacing the vrm fan with Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM, Premium Silent Fan, 4-Pin.
max 19.3db 3000rpm.
Does it make sense?

Depends on your goals - those fans have much lower airflow and static pressure, so you'll get reduced performance on the aio. Then again, depending on how you're loading it, you may be fine.
