(PR) The Future Foundation invites you to take your first steps into a fantastic new era.

The cast of Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps joined a live audience Tuesday at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, HOME of Space Camp, in Huntsville, Alabama, to officially launch the film’s inaugural trailer. Fans from around the world tuned in via a Marvel livestream to catch the big debut in real time with the Saturn 5 rocket serving as the backdrop, as stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach commandeered the countdown.

Marvel also shared the first teaser posters for the film, inviting fans to Prepare 4 Launch.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel’s First Family — Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Moss-Bachrach) — as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal.

The action adventure also stars Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne and Sarah Niles.

Directed by Matt Shakman, produced by Kevin Feige, and executive produced by Louis D’Esposito, Grant Curtis, and Tim Lewis, The Fantastic Four: First Steps opens in theaters July 25, 2025.

Looks neat has a very fallout vibe to me.

and lets not forget this has been reported as being an alternate universe version so that they could gender-swap The Silver Silver to be a female now.

I do think this looks good but I am bummed about that. I've been following the casting updates for this and that detail was finally confirmed about two weeks ago.

So ... Nora Radd instead of Norin? That's ... an unwelcome change.

Frankie Rae, she existed in the original comics, was human torch's girlfriend, and eventually became a character called Nova when Galactus asked her to become his herald after Norin left. I guess they rewrote some stuff recently in the comics and the movie is running with it as her now being The Silver Surfer. She's a cool character but I don't like this kind of crap and really was hoping we'd finally get to see a better version of Norin than FF2 since they basically neutered him and Galactus in that one. SS is one of my all-time favorite characters so it burns me a bit to see this done.
