Test System Setup

To facilitate excellent reviews with current gaming hardware we have configured a brand new, from the ground up, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X system. The CPU, as stated is an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 8Core/16Thread CPU running at default frequency. This is running on an ASUS PRIME X470-PRO motherboard. We have 16GB of DDR4 running at 3600MHz on this platform. Corsair H115i PRO liquid cooler brings the cooling while the Corsair 850W gold rated PSU delivers the power. We are able to install and test any video card which outputs to an LG 27″ 27UK650 4K display with HDR support so that we can also test HDR performance.
