Ghost Recon Breakpoint

We are using the latest version of Ghost Recon Breakpoint.  We are utilizing the built-in benchmark in this DX11 game for our performance.  We are using the built-in graphics preset options to change game graphic options.

Apples-to-Apples “Ultra” Settings

In this graph above we are using the game’s built-in “Ultra” graphics preset.  This sets the game’s highest options, so this is the most demanding setting.  You can see 1440p and 1080p are out of the question on playability.  However, at 720p it does seem “Ultra” settings is playable at 55 FPS average.  The overclock helps performance by about 5%.

Apples-to-Apples “Very High” Settings

The “Very High” settings option is one level below “Ultra” settings.  However, this seems to make a big difference in performance.  1080p is now almost opened to us.  Though it averages 50 FPS the minimums can hit in the 30’s, so that may not be playable.  Though 720p certainly is at near 70 FPS average.

Apples-to-Apples “High” Settings

“High” settings are where it is at in this game with this video card.  At “High” settings we can now play at 1080p with 60 FPS average.  The minimums stay above 40 at all times.

Playable Settings

It’s clear that 1080p is our preferred highest playable settings with the game at “High” graphics preset.  If you want to play at a higher setting you’ll have to drop to 720p.
