Shadow of the Tomb Raider

In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, we are testing at 1440p with SMAA 4X enabled and AMD FidelityFX CAS enabled.  In this game, the GeForce RTX video cards do well because they run SMAA 4X better.  If we lowered it to SMAA 2TX the tables would turn, but we wanted to show SMAA 4X because it is more demanding, looks better and the game is still playable with it enabled.  The XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT THICC III Ultra is as fast as the GeForce RTX 2070 FE at this setting.  Overclocking it brings it closer to RTX 2070 SUPER FE performance.

The same is also true at 1080p, but performance is a lot better now and very playable.

The Division 2

In The Division 2 we are testing at 1440p with the highest in-game settings.  Performance is very good above 60FPS.  The XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT THICC III Ultra is faster than the GeForce RTX 2070 FE by 13%.  It is very close to GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER FE performance.  Overclock it though and it overtakes the RTX 2070 SUPER FE.

At 1080p performance is much higher.  It is now right on par with GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER FE performance.  Overclocking it takes it over that.
