Call of Duty Modern Warfare

In this game, we used a manual custom run-through for testing. In this first graph, we are running the game at 4K with the highest in-game quality settings.  This game actually runs really great on all the video cards at 4K and is playable on the GeForce RTX 2080 FE and up.  Even though the Radeon RX 5700 XT shows 55FPS average, it did have some slowdowns in some spots that we didn’t like.  The ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti comes out on top of course and is 26% faster than the GeForce RTX 2080 FE.  Overclocking the ASUS card improves performance by 12%.

At 1440p the ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti still steals the show and now we are getting over 120FPS and overclocked around 130FPS.  If you want that 120Hz gameplay, an overclocked ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti can give you that at 1440p with the highest in-game settings here.

We have one more setting to compare, this game also supports NVIDIA Ray Tracing on the NVIDIA RTX GPUs.  This game uses Ray Tracing on shadows.  This game also performs very well with Ray Tracing turned on.  We do lose performance, but the game performs so fast anyway it isn’t noticeable.  At 1440p with the highest in-game settings, we can run with Ray Tracing enabled even on the GeForce RTX 2080 FE.  Of course, the ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti is going to do it much faster, at 26% faster in fact.  Overclock it and you get even more.

Basically, this game can be enjoyed at max settings with Ray Tracing at 1440p for a really incredible experience on the ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti O11G GAMING video card.
