Note that in all the graphs to follow the video cards are compared by price.  The most expensive video card by MSRP is on top, while the least expensive video card by MSRP is on bottom.  In this way you can compare pricing from bottom to top and see where performance lies.

In The Division 2 we are running in DX12 and we have all the in-game settings at their highest values.  We are using the built-in benchmark for testing and have verified playability in-game.  Feel free to test and compare your video card performance versus ours using the same test.

AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and RX 5700 The Division 2 Performance at 1440p

The AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT seems to pull ahead of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER by 7%.  It cannot keep up with the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER which surpasses it greatly.  However, the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT is exactly on par with the GeForce RTX 2070 Founders Edition.  Remember, the Founders Edition RTX 2070 does run faster than the regular RTX 2070.  This means the RX 5700 XT is keeping up with the faster Founders Edition.

The AMD Radeon RX 5700 pulls noticeably ahead of the GeForce RTX 2060.  It’s 10% faster, which makes a big difference at higher resolutions.  It however performs under the RTX 2060 SUPER.  At this resolution only the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and above is playable at 1440p with the highest settings.

AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and RX 5700 The Division 2 Performance at 1080p

At 1080p we see much the same pattern.  The Radeon RX 5700 XT is on par with GeForce RTX 2070 Founders Edition performance and exceeds the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER performance quite a bit. It however cannot keep up with the RTX 2070 SUPER.  The Radeon RX 5700 is faster than the GeForce RTX 2060 but just under the RTX 2060 SUPER.
