Gaming Benchmarks Part 2
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
In this game, the Core i9-10900K manages to achieve the best overall performance. Generally speaking, it seems to benefit from overclocking as well.
When overclocked, the 10900K is a monster in this game. Its minimums are almost as high as the 3900X’s average. At stock speeds, the 10900K isn’t far behind.
In this game, the 10900K shows impressive numbers against the 9900K and 3900X. Minimum FPS on the 10900K is 8 frames higher than that of the 3900X. Overclocking extends this by 1FPS. Not much, but under 60FPS everything counts.
Here, the performance difference between the 10900K and the older 9900K is very small. However, the 9900K’s minimum FPS is far lower than that of the 10900K. The latter CPU improves by 11FPS, which is huge at such low frame rates.
