Red Dead Redemption 2

We are using the latest version of the brand-new game Red Dead Redemption 2.  This game is very taxing on graphics.  We are using the in-game built-in benchmark for our tests.  This is the most real-world benchmark we’ve ever seen, it’s exactly the kind of run-through we’d chose in the game to use.  It runs just like a player was playing the game so we are very confident in its results.  This game runs by default in the Vulkan API.  We are using the highest slider preset of “Favor Quality” for our tests.

GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER

In this graph on the GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, it looks like performance is dead even between the power modes.  This is a demanding game, but all of the power modes seem to be allowing the video card to reach its maximum potential here.  No setting is holding the card back, and no setting is giving the card an advantage.

GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER

The same is true with the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER.  Performance is even across all power modes, there are none with any advantages or disadvantages.
